Photo report after check-out
Up to six photos, a cleanliness score, the property’s condition and any damage found. The data feeds into the guest rating automatically.

How is the cleaning schedule created?
A task is created automatically for every check-out if the property has the “After every check-out” rule enabled. Deep cleans, mid-stay cleans and other tasks are added manually.
Can I assign a housekeeper to a property?
Yes. Each property has a default housekeeper, and you can change the assignee for an individual booking.
What happens if a housekeeper declines a task?
The manager is notified with the reason, and the task moves to the “Needs attention” filter.
What can a housekeeper see?
Only the tasks assigned to them. Access codes and guest contacts are visible only during the cleaning.
Where does a housekeeper get tasks?
In the Android app and in the Glavbook web app on a phone.
