How do guests get into the database?
A guest profile is created when a booking is saved, from a booking engine request, or from a booking on a directly connected channel. Guests can also be added manually.
Are duplicates created?
No. A phone number belongs to one profile, and new bookings with that number are linked to it automatically.
Who can see a guest’s rating?
Only your team: the owner and managers with access. The rating is never published or shared with other Glavbook users.
How does the blacklist work?
The blacklist is shared by all Glavbook users. If there are reports about a guest, a warning appears when their phone or passport number is entered in a booking. The decision is always yours.
Is the guest database available in the mobile app?
Yes. The app includes the guest list, search, profiles with stay history and ratings, and the blacklist check.
How much does it cost?
