Access control, guest data protection and a change log in every Glavbook account.
Role-based access
A manager sees only their assigned properties and permitted sections, and a housekeeper works only with their own cleaning tasks. Property access codes are visible only during the cleaning.
StaffGuest data protection
Contacts and comments from website requests, as well as channel connection keys, are stored encrypted. Declined and expired requests are anonymised after 90 days.
Change log
Every booking change is saved with the staff member’s name and time, and blacklist edits keep both the old and new versions.
Deactivation and backups
Deactivating a staff member ends all their sessions on computers and phones, and the database is backed up daily with restore testing.

Who can see guest data?
The account owner and staff with the relevant permissions; managers only for their assigned properties.
What do other users see in the blacklist?
The name, reason and description. Phone and passport numbers are shown only partially.
What happens to a former employee’s access?
Once deactivated, all their sessions end, they can no longer sign in to the web app or mobile app, and their work history is kept.
