Nightly rate, stay total, prepayment and deposit in one place. The balance is calculated automatically, and the deposit is kept separate from the total.
Payment status in the calendar
Tentative bookings, received prepayments and check-ins each have their own colour. A prepaid booking shows the prepayment amount, and after check-in it shows the stay total.
Channel commission
For bookings via a direct connection, you see the guest’s prepayment, the amount withheld and the owner’s income after the deduction.
Prepayments FAQ
How is a prepayment recorded?
The prepayment amount is entered in the booking. A booking with a prepayment automatically becomes paid and changes colour in the calendar.
What is a tentative booking?
A booking without prepayment: the dates are held for the guest until confirmation. It is marked yellow in the calendar.
Is the deposit included in the total?
No. The deposit is entered separately and is not part of the stay total.
Are online payments supported?
For now, payments are recorded in the booking card; online payment is not connected.
How much does it cost?
