The owner gets every event, managers get updates for their assigned properties, and housekeepers only hear about their own cleaning tasks. People are not notified about their own actions.

Categories, properties and quiet hours are set in the mobile app. A cancelled booking or an unassigned cleaning task always comes through right away.
Website requests by email and in Telegram
New booking engine requests reach the owner by email, and status changes are also sent to their personal messenger.

Where do notifications arrive?
In the bell menu of the Glavbook web app and as push notifications in the mobile app. The owner also receives booking engine requests by email and in Telegram.
Who receives notifications?
The owner gets every event, managers get notifications for their assigned properties, and housekeepers only for the cleaning tasks assigned to them.
Can I choose which notifications I get?
Yes. In the mobile app, each team member chooses categories, properties and quiet hours. The owner can turn notifications off for the whole team in settings.
How quickly do notifications arrive?
A push notification is sent right after the event. Bookings from directly connected channels appear after sync, which runs every few minutes.
Do guests receive notifications?
No. Notifications are for the owner and the team only.
How much does it cost?
Glavbook is currently free, with no limits on the number of properties or staff.
