Finances are enabled in the modules section. Staff get access together with the Reports section.
Which expense categories are available?
Cleaning, supplies, repairs, utilities, internet and other. Rent is also available for recurring expenses.
Can I add a past expense?
Yes. You choose the expense date when adding it.
Where can I see profit?
In analytics, where revenue is compared with expenses and results and profitability are shown by property and for the whole portfolio.
Are expenses available in the mobile app?
Yes, the app shows the expense log by period and by property.
