Activity log
Every booking change is saved with the staff member’s name and time, and their profile shows recent actions and sign-in times.
Deactivating a staff member
Access is revoked with one button: sessions on computers and phones end, while assignments and work history are kept.

How do staff sign in to Glavbook?
The owner creates a staff member with an email and password. Staff sign in to the web app or the mobile app with their own login.
Can I hide finances and reports from a manager?
Yes. Reports and finances are a separate section in staff permissions and are off by default.
What can a housekeeper see?
Only their own cleaning tasks: time, address, access during the cleaning, and the report. Bookings, guests and settings are hidden.
Is there a limit on the number of staff?
No. Glavbook is currently free, with no limits on the number of properties or staff.
