Avito integration: listings and bookings stay in sync
Connect your Avito account, link listings to Glavbook properties and share occupied dates between the services.
- Open Integrations → Avito → Connect and confirm access on the Avito side. When you return to Glavbook, the card shows the Connected status.
- In the connected card, click Link properties. Glavbook loads your short-term rental listings; find a listing by title, address or number and choose the matching property or room.
- Click Sync to run an exchange manually. Scheduled sync also runs about every five minutes.
- Bookings and cancellations from Avito appear in the Glavbook calendar. Local occupancy is sent back to Avito so the same dates are not sold twice.
- Under each listing you see the result of the last exchange and the number of records received, updated, cancelled and sent. Conflicting dates can be expanded right there.
- If Avito shares financial data, an imported booking card shows the total, the guest’s prepayment, the channel commission and the owner’s income after commission.
