Analytics arrives in Glavbook
The first working version of Analytics shows how bookings, occupancy and accrued revenue are going for any period you choose.
- Choose a period: today, yesterday, week, month, year or a custom range.
- Filter the report by property and group trends by day, week or month.
- One screen shows revenue from confirmed bookings, average booking value, occupancy, average length of stay and the number of confirmed bookings.
- See the revenue and occupancy chart, the property ranking and booking sources.
- This is operational analytics: amounts are based on confirmed stays and are not a cash, tax or profit report.
- Tentative and other unconfirmed bookings are not included in financial totals; blocks reduce property availability.
