Finances: expenses, accruals and no-shows

4 min read · Updated 7 August 2026 New

Finances brings together property expenses and no-show tracking. Change the period and property using the filters.

One-off expense

  1. Open Finances and select Add expense.
  2. Select a property and category: cleaning, consumables, repairs, utilities, internet or other.
  3. Enter the amount, date and comment.
  4. Save the entry. The expense appears in the journal and is included in Analytics. You can enter a past date if needed.

Recurring property expenses

  1. Open the property profile and go to Expenses.
  2. Select Add expense and choose a category.
  3. Enter the monthly amount, accrual day from 1 to 31, and effective period.
  4. Save the rule. Accruals appear in the expense journal according to the configured rules.

No-show and penalty

  • After a no-show, the property becomes available immediately, while the entry remains in history and payment tracking.
  • In No-shows and penalties, enter the penalty amount if agreed.
  • After payment, mark the penalty as Received; otherwise leave it Pending.
  • Restore booking restores the booking only if the dates are still available.
