Avito integration: connection and sync
The integration links Avito listings to Glavbook properties and exchanges blocked dates and bookings. Connect the account first, then link each listing to the required property.
Check channel status
- “Connected” — the Avito account is linked to the workspace; you can load listings and link them to properties.
- “Ready to connect” — the technical setup is complete and you can start authorisation.
- “In development” — connection is not available yet.
How to connect Avito
- Open Integrations and select the Avito card.
- Select Connect.
- Authorise access in Avito and return to Glavbook.
- Check that the card shows Connected.
Link listings to properties
- Open the connected Avito card and select Link properties.
- Glavbook loads available short-term rental listings from the connected account. Search by name, address or number.
- Select an existing Glavbook property or unit for each listing.
- Select Link. Once saved, the linked property appears below the listing.
- Select Edit to change a link or Unlink to remove it. Unlinking does not change dates already occupied in the calendars.
How data exchange works
| Direction | What happens |
|---|---|
| Avito → Glavbook | Active and pending Avito bookings appear in the linked property’s calendar with Avito as their source. Date changes update the linked entry. |
| Avito → Glavbook | A cancelled booking is hidden from the calendar and the team receives a cancellation notification. |
| Glavbook → Avito | Local booking occupancy is sent to the listing calendar to prevent dates from being sold twice. Bookings imported from Avito are not sent back. |
When sync runs
- Select Sync under a specific listing to exchange data manually.
- The shared scheduler syncs connected links approximately every five minutes.
- After creating, editing, moving, deleting or restoring a local booking, Glavbook also attempts to send current availability after the server responds.
Result and conflicts
- Below the listing you can see the last exchange time and counts of received, updated, cancelled and sent entries.
- If local occupancy overlaps dates already occupied in Avito, that interval is not sent and is marked as a conflict.
- Expand a conflict row to see the affected dates. Check the booking in both services first, then sync again.
- If sync fails, Glavbook does not change local booking dates.
Avito bookings and finances
Imported bookings retain the dates, guest, guest count, source and amount data returned by Avito. Booking details show the total, guest prepayment in Avito, channel commission and owner income after commission when supplied by the channel. These bookings occupy the property in the calendar, but Analytics treats them as unconfirmed partner entries until their status is changed in Glavbook.
