Analytics: bookings and operating result overview

Select a period and properties

1. Open Analytics and select a preset period or enter dates manually.
2. In the property filter, select the whole portfolio, a property type, a group or individual properties.
3. Choose grouping by day, week or month.
4. After changing filters, wait for metrics and charts to refresh.

Overview tab

• The top metrics show the result after recorded expenses, average daily rate, occupancy, average stay length and margin.
• Charts compare the operating result and occupancy across selected periods.
• View sources as a list or pie chart.
• The property table shows income, expenses, occupancy, average daily rate, stay length and operating result. Select a property to see details, trends and sources.

Bookings tab

• This section brings together confirmed bookings, occupied nights, average stay length and idle time.
• The chart shows occupied nights or occupancy.
• Sort the source table by booking count, nights or share.

Economics tab

This tab appears when the portfolio contains sublet properties. It shows sublet revenue, period rent, margin after rent and the break-even point. Properties without configured subletting terms are excluded from the calculation and a warning is shown.
