Booking price, security deposit and balance
Booking details show the nightly price, total price and security deposit separately. Before saving, check that the amount matches your agreement with the guest.
Amounts in booking details
| Field | What to check |
|---|---|
| Price, RUB/night | Price for one night |
| Total price | Total for the selected dates; it can be changed manually |
| Deposit | Amount entered for this booking |
| Paid / Balance | The indicator shows the amount paid and the remaining balance |
Before saving
- Check the check-in and check-out dates: the number of nights affects the calculation.
- Changing the nightly price recalculates the total based on the number of nights.
- If you change the total price, check that the nightly price updates as expected.
