How to add an apartment or cottage

Create the main profile

1. Open My properties and select Add property.
2. Select Apartment or Cottage as the type.
3. Enter a name, city, district or metro station, and address. You can select an address suggestion as you type.
4. Select Create property after entering the required details.

Enter specifications

1. Under Specifications, enter the room count, area, floor and total floors if relevant to the property.
2. Configure single and double beds: total sleeping capacity is calculated automatically.
3. Select the amenities available at the property.
4. Add photos: the first becomes the profile cover.

Set stay policies

1. Check the check-in and check-out times. Defaults are 14:00 and 12:00.
2. Enter the nightly rental price.
3. Specify whether cleaning is included in the price. If not, enter a separate amount for the whole stay.
4. If needed, enter a security deposit and house rules.
5. Save changes. The property appears in its own calendar row.
