Blacklist: adding and checking entries
The blacklist helps check guests before confirming a booking. Entries store contacts, documents, a reason and an incident description.
How to add an entry
- Open Guest blacklist and select Add to list.
- Enter a phone number. If the guest is in the database, Glavbook fills in their full name and passport details.
- If there is no match, enter the full name and passport series and number manually. At least one identifier is required to save: full name, phone or passport.
- Select a reason and complete What happened.
- Enable Share with network to make the entry available to staff in the shared database.
- Select Add to list.
Checks when creating a booking
Glavbook checks the guest’s phone in the booking form. A match shows a Blacklist badge and reason beside the guest details. Open the full entry in that section to read its comment.
Search and list management
- Search entries by full name, phone or passport.
- Filter the list by reason, such as debt, rule violation or another reason.
- Open a row or select the pencil to edit the entry.
- Select multiple rows to delete them together. Export saves the list to a file.
